Welcome

This blog is for me to show some of the things I love doing. I have really loved sewing as of late. It hit me about in about May 2009 and the urge has yet to diminish. It just keeps getting stronger. I feel like sewing has become a little bit like Therapy for me. I enjoy creating and then having something to show for it. I love making things for my three wonderful kids. Most of the time they are my inspiration and help me to follow through. My husband has really encouraged me and even tries sleeping through my sewing machine working sometimes late at night. My mom is an amazing quilter and when I was growing up she sewed clothes and dolls for us. Thanks for all the help and love mom.
